Legal Restrictions

G Force Freight operates in accordance with all applicable Australian laws and international transport regulations. We do not accept or transport goods that are prohibited, restricted, or regulated under any jurisdiction relevant to the sender, receiver, carrier, or transit route.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

Hazardous materials, flammable substances, explosives, and corrosives

Firearms, ammunition, and weaponry

Counterfeit goods, stolen property, or items infringing intellectual property rights

Obscene, offensive, or pornographic materials

Live animals or biological specimens

Perishable goods requiring temperature control (unless pre-approved)

Items restricted by Australian Border Force, including certain chemicals, medications, and tobacco products

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that all consignments comply with relevant laws, including customs, quarantine, export control, and safety regulations. G Force Freight reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or return any shipment that violates these restrictions, and may report such violations to the appropriate authorities.
